I actually liked the story a lot. mpreg in this universe is not realistic, but that's fine with me and I loved the idea of Connor protecting his father and sibling. It would have been even better if the pregnancy was described a bit more realistic and Haytham a bit less like a little girl, but I still enjoyed it a lot
